At TheCreativly, we strive to deliver top-notch video editing and creative services that exceed your expectations. We understand that circumstances may vary, and we aim to address your concerns effectively.
General Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on plans or services once work has been initiated or completed. This includes our Creativ Short Box, Creativ Long Box, Creativ Video Box, Creativ Master plans, and any custom project packages, once editing or production work has begun.
Important: Please review your plan and project scope carefully before making a payment. Refunds cannot be processed once we've started work on your project.
Special Conditions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where the delivered work does not meet the specifications agreed upon at the start of the project, or where there are technical issues that cannot be resolved through the revisions included in your plan. Refund requests are subject to thorough review and approval by our team before any decision is made.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or customized content (such as content shaped around your specific brand, footage, or scripts)
- Any work already delivered and approved by you
- Revisions used beyond what your plan includes
- Rush-delivery add-ons or expedited turnaround fees
Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revisions as outlined at the time of purchase or in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond this limit may be chargeable and are not covered under this refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Plans can be cancelled at any time by contacting our team. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of a plan once it has started, and any work already in progress at the time of cancellation will be billed as per the agreed project terms.
Tip: If you're unsure about a plan, we recommend starting with a smaller package or booking a free consultation call first — so you can see how we work before committing to a larger project.
